  4. Identify and apply the techniques of effective oral and written communications (including essentials of good grammar, word choice, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, sentence structure, and correct English) in a business setting. (GBS233)
  5. Demonstrate mastery of the keyboard, including the formatting of memos, letters, tables, reports and manuscripts. (OAS101)
  6. Load word processing software into business/personal microcomputers to create and name files; enter and edit text; and format and print text. (CIS113DE)
  7. Use PowerPoint software to produce professional-quality presentation visuals. (CIS118DB)
  8. Analyze and apply word processing program features to create, edit, manipulate, format, print, and store common business documents. (BPC110)
  9. Properly format memos, letters, tables, reports and manuscripts, while improving in speed and accuracy. (OAS102)
