Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal

Students who have not maintained Standards of Academic Progress (SAP) by successfully completing 2/3 (66.67%) and Grade Point Average  must submit this appeal to reinstate financial aid eligibility. Student must explain in a business letter how the circumstances that contributed to them being placed on SAP suspension have been resolved. To avoid delays, carefully read the appeal form and submit ALL required components and documents.

Academic Plan Restricted Course List

Maximum Timeframe Appeal 2014-2015

A student who has attempted more than 150% (90 credit hours or more) of the credits needed to complete their program of study at PVCC will be required to request an Academic Extension to maintain financial aid eligibility. The Academic Plan Restricted Course List (RCL) must be completed with an Academic Advisor. Student may only enroll in classes listed on the RCL or risk voiding their appeal. 
*Student may submit an Academic Plan Restricted Course List Addendum (RCLA) if the original RCL needs modification. To avoid delays, carefully read the RCLA and follow all directions.

Addendum to Academic Plan
Student may submit an Academic Plan Restricted Course List Addendum (RCLA) if the original RCL needs modification. If you previously, had a Maximum Timeframe Appeal approved and wish to change your program, you must complete a new Maximum Timeframe Appeal.  To Avoid Delays, carefully read the RCLA and follow all directions.
