PUMA SOFTBALL ON WINNING STREAK

Puma Softball (7-15) is on a hot streak. After starting the season 3-15, the Pumas have put up four straight wins. They were on a tear last week sweeping both GateWay and Scottsdale.  The Pumas will look to continue the winning streak when they take on Glendale Community College at home on Thursday, March 14 at 1pm.

PUMAS LOSE TO T-BIRDS

Women's Tennis lost 7-2 against Mesa Community College on Thursday.

The Pumas (2-1) suffered their first loss of the season against the highly ranked Thunderbird's. Highlights of the day were the play of sophomore captain, Baylee Decker. Decker continued her strong start to the season by winning her match in straight sets 7-6(2), 6-2.

GAME, SET, MATCH

The PVCC Women's Tennis Team won 5-4 against Glendale Community College last Thursday.

Men's Soccer
CANCELLED MEN'S SOCCER OPEN TRYOUT

The Paradise Valley Men's Soccer team has cancelled its open tryout on Saturday, February 23 due to weather. 

The tryout has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 9 at 10am.

Oloyede
OLOYEDE BREAKS NJCAA NATIONAL RECORD

Sophomore Israel Oloyede broke the NJCAA National Record in the weight throw at Northern Arizona University’s NAU Tune-Up in Flagstaff on Friday.  Oloyede’s throw of 20.45m (67’01.25”) bested Johnnie Jackson of Coffeyville Community College's (KS) February 2015 record of 20.35m (66’09.25”).
