By visiting our campus, you will best be able to get a peek into the PVCC life and learn more about us! Please see below to book your own campus tour and get your questions answered.
Please note: The calendar below only submits a tour request. Your preferred time will be reviewed and either confirmed or, if needed, adjusted to a slot that works best for both your group and our recruiter.
FAQs
Feel free to bring as many guests as you feel comfortable with! However, if you are scheduling on behalf of a High School, institution, or community group, we recommend booking a group tour two weeks in advance. To schedule a group tour, please reach out to our recruitment email at [email protected] or call 602-787-7358.
Registrations are highly recommended but not required. Walk-in appointments are welcome within our operating hours. Please note that if you are a walk-in, a recruiter's availability to give a tour may vary, as we are also often out in the community attending events. Additionally, we would not be able to coordinate with key faculty that relate to your program.
Our tour route goes through ADA-Accessible doors, and we avoid going up or down stairs while on the tour. On campus, we also have ADA parking if you are eligible to park there. A map with the ADA parking spaces can be found here.
Visitors are welcome to park in any parking lot on campus except for designated employee parking spaces. For your convenience, we recommend Parking Lot B or C, which are closest to our office. A map showing the various parking spaces is available here.
During your visit, you will spend approximately 60-90 minutes with us. This will include a brief presentation, a walk-through of your program, and an opportunity to start and complete an application. Following this, you will go on a walking tour that provides a comprehensive overview of the campus. You will have the opportunity to explore our Gina Kranitz Student Center (KSC), E Building, Fitness Center, and K Building.
Below this FAQ page is our cal.com reservation system. Choose the date and time that works best for you, fill out your information, and then a PVCC recruiter will reach out to confirm your tour. Note that you are requesting a tentative time, and Recruitment may need to reschedule the tour if no recruiters are available.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please refer to the tentative cal.com reservation sent to the email address you provided. Alternatively, you can email the PVCC representative who confirmed your tour.
