Composition

PVCC’s Composition program provides a variety of courses that support the development of written communication skills and critical thinking. The program offers Freshmen level courses (ENG 101/106 and ENG 102/107) that fulfill general education requirement for Associate Degree, transfer, and certificate seeking students.

The Composition program emphasizes student engagement and active learning. Students can take courses in online, in-person, hybrid, Early College, and dual enrollment formats.
