In the below "Desired Semester Academy" fields, tell us your first and second choice semester/year of the desired academy you wish to participate in (Ex: Spring 2022).
**The academy is only offered during the Fall and Spring semesters.**
NOTE: FSC130 or an Official CPAT must be within six (6) months prior to the start date of the desired academy.
- Fall 2024 Academy start date is 8/17/2024
- Spring 2025 Academy start date is 1/11/2025
NOTE: Once this form has been submitted, all future correspondence from the program will be by e-mail to the one you provided on the interest form. Please check your e-mail regularly so as to not miss any important information regarding the start of the academy selection process.
