Math Test Center Policies

Location: Math Center in the Q-Building (The Q building is located off of Grovers Ave and 32nd Street. See map for details.)

• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to ensure your full testing time
• You may bring a clear water bottle
• Your midterm/final exam will be on paper

Students must bring:

• A valid, photo ID (state ID or PVCC student ID)

Math Test Center will provide:

• Calculator (TI-84 or TI-83) Students are required to use the calculator the Math
  Center provides.
• Pencil
• Scratch paper (if allowed by the instructor)

NOT allowed in the testing room:

• Electronics
• Smart Watches
• Hooded Sweatshirts
• Front Pocket Jackets/Sweatshirts
• Hats 

Online Math Midterm/ Final Exam Rescheduling and Cancelation Policy: Students can reschedule their testing appointments by calling (602) 787-7740 or emailing mathcenter@paradisevalley.edu, but they must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment. Same-day appointment rescheduling will not be honored.
