Phi Theta Kappa

Alpha Omicron Chi is PVCC's chapter of the international honor society of Phi Theta Kappa. 

Phi Theta Kappa is designated as the official honor society of America's two-year colleges by the American Association of Community Colleges. The society was founded with four goals, or Hallmarks, in mind:

  • Scholarship
  • Service
  • Leadership
  • Fellowship

The benefits of joining Phi Theta Kappa at PVCC include the following:

  • National Membership Certificate and pin
  • One year subscription to Golden Key and 3.5 Plus magazines
  • One year subscription to Keystone Newsletter
  • Honors Program and academic enrichment
