- Identify and practice self-care, including mind, body, and spiritual dimensions. Elements include exercise, nutritious diet/water intake, rest/sleep, sense of connectedness, renewal practices, self-protection.
- Communicate effectively in order to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Identify and make decisions based on self-concept, personal interests, skills, limitations, and values.
