- Access to and assistance in using course-related software on the desktop computers in the Open lab.
- Lab assistants are available to answer quick questions but cannot teach software.
- Pay for Print is available at a cost of $0.10/side for B&W, and $1.00/side for color printing.
- ID Card printing
- Students requiring in-depth help should schedule time with a tutor from the Learning Support Center. Students needing to meet with a tutor for their computer classes may check with the Puma Tutoring Center 602-787-7180.

Open Lab Support
- PVCC employees have free access to use the Computer Commons Open Lab.
- Lab assistance can be accessed at the support desk, centrally located in the open lab.
- Employees in the open lab requiring one-on-one help should schedule time with a technology trainer from the CTL.
Academic Software Requests
- Academic software requests must meet campus software procedure guidelines PDF
- Academic software requests should be submitted using the Software Request Form.
- Academic software requests are reviewed by the Lab Planning Manage Team (LPMT). All submissions for classroom software must be done within timelines required by LPMT to evaluate for purchase and support before approval.
Reserve a Classroom
- Classes, meetings, training, and demonstrations for academic classes have first priority. After academic classes, lab classrooms are available on a first come - first serve basis.
- Please use our online Reservation Request Form to reserve your classroom.
- Only the existing software is to be used in the open Lab or classrooms. Any requests to add software will need to be submitted using the Software Request Form.
Course Files for instructors on the Network
- Student course files can be requested to be placed on the network which is mapped to all academic computers on campus.
- To request server space for instructor or student files, complete a Technology Request.
IDF Tours
- To request a tour of an IDF for your class, please complete a Technology Request.
