Non-Academic (Non-Instructional) Grievance Process
Concerns by students of unfair or unjust treatment by any PVCC employee with regard to student services or administrative services. To report a non-instructional grievance:

The student must first try to resolve the situation with the employee

If the grievance is not resolved at this level, the student can request to speak to the employee’s supervisor/manager. This request must be done in writing.

If the grievance is not resolved at this level, the student may request to speak with the division dean or VP (i.e. Student Affairs: Admissions, Advising, Athletics, Career Services, Disability Resources, Recruitment, Student Life and Leadership, Welcome Center, Veteran Services, Early College and Assessment/Testing etc. or Administrative Services: College Police, Human Resources, Facilities, Fiscal/Cashiering, etc. and includes contractors such as Follet Book Store and Sodexo (Puma Cafe)).
