Data Request

For all data requests, please visit our data dashboards first. If you are unable to find the data you are looking for, please fill out the online data request form.  If you need assistance with a survey please fill out the survey request form. You should get a response notifying you that the request has been received. Requests generally will be processed within one week depending on complexity. It can take as long as 10 working days if the request is complex. If we have additional questions someone in our office will contact you to discuss your request in more detail.

Please give us as much notice as possible when requesting data, for some requests take longer than others depending on the nature of the data.
