Instructor Resources

Welcome to Testing Services!

We are excited to support the proctoring needs of you and your students and hope that you find the following information valuable. This service is offered to any student who misses a regular scheduled exam (make-up) and/or has accommodations authorized by Disability Resources and Services. Our Testing Center facility supports both computer-based and paper-and-pencil tests, administered in a quiet and secure setting.

Due to limited resources, we are unable to support full class testing for either on-campus or virtual proctoring

Information for Exam Submission

Accommodated Testing   Exam Request Form

  • Exam information and submission for accommodated students should be made through DRS connect.
    • Detailed information can be found on the DRS website under “DRS Connect Faculty Testing Agreement Process.”
  • Make-up Exams are administered to students who are unable to test in the classroom because of an excused absence or extenuating circumstance (e.g. illness, family emergency). For students testing without accommodations (make-up exam), complete the Instructor Exam Request Form
    • The request form and exam can be emailed, dropped off in person, or sent intercampus mail.

To submit a make-up exam via email:

  • Complete the Instructor Exam Request Form.
  • All necessary files must be attached at the time of the request. These files should be in a finalized form and ready to give to students directly without the Testing Center making any alterations (e.g. no answer keys attached, exams with multiple parts must have the two parts attached as separate files.)
    • To minimize printing problems, please send exam and resources (charts, graphs, etc.) in .pdf format
  • There is a minimum processing time of 2 business days to make the test available for students to schedule. No same-day submissions will be accepted.
  • Email exam request form and exams to assessment@paradisevalley.edu
  • Testing Services will send you a confirmation email when we receive your exam
