Instructor Resources

Welcome to Testing Services!

We are excited to support the proctoring needs of you and your students and hope that you find the following information valuable. This service is offered to any student who misses a regular scheduled exam (make-up) and/or has accommodations authorized by Disability Resources and Services. Our Testing Center facility supports both computer-based and paper-and-pencil tests, administered in a quiet and secure setting.

Due to limited resources, we are unable to support full class testing for either on-campus or virtual proctoring

Information for Exam Submission

Accommodated Testing   Make-up Exam

  • Exam information and submission for accommodated students should be made through DRS connect.
    • Detailed information can be found on the DRS website under “DRS Connect Faculty Testing Agreement Process.”
  • Make-up Exams are administered to students who are unable to test in the classroom because of an excused absence or extenuating circumstance (e.g. illness, family emergency). For students testing without accommodations (make-up exam), go to RegisterBlast to complete exam information.

Paper Exams
Instructors may CHOOSE ONE of the three options for completed paper exams. They may:

  1. pick up the test in person from Testing Services.
  2. request that the exam be scanned and emailed to them to their PV Staff email address. This may take up to 24-48 hours of processing time.
  3. request for the exam to be sent through intercampus mail.

We do not make copies of any exams prior to sending through intercampus mail. Please be aware when choosing this option.

Exams completed after 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday or after 2:00 pm on Friday will be returned via campus mail on the following business day.
