Frank has been with The Maricopa Community College District for over 27 years. Currently at PVCC, Frank is responsible for areas focused on intake and enrollment. They include the One Stop/Welcome Center, Early College Programming, and Admissions & Records, and Recruitment. He also serves as the College Registrar. He is a member of the college’s Strategic Enrollment Management Team and sits on various committees for the college, as well as the District.
Prior to coming to PVCC, Frank worked at EMCC, GWCC, MCC, and MCC’s Red Mountain Campus. His Students Services experience includes: Admissions & Records, Financial Aid, International Student Admissions, Veteran Services, Athletic Eligibility, Graduation, Title IX Investigator, and Testing Services.
As a first-generation college student, Frank’s educational background includes an Associate of Arts Degree from Mesa Community College, a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University, and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
Frank has participated in several leadership programs, such as:
- The National Association of Student Personnel Administrators – Undergraduate Fellows Program
- The Hispanic Leadership Institute – West
- The National Community Colleges Hispanic Council – Leadership Fellows Program
- The National Council on Student Development Leadership Institute
Frank enjoys spending time with his family, especially now as an “empty nester”. When moments present themselves, he appreciates when he is able to get away and go camping, hiking, and fishing here in Arizona.
