Marketing Requests
*Please note, we need at least a three-week notice to execute your request. If your request is put in under this timeline, you risk not having it complete in time.*
Our marketing and strategic communications team creates and executes clear, concise, consistent and engaging messages that tell the unique stories of Paradise Valley Community College. By sustaining a strong brand image for the college, we promote awareness, understanding and support among PVCC students, faculty, staff, alumni and other communities. We provide professional marketing-communications (marcom) and creative services to help the college, faculty and staff successfully promote projects and initiatives in support of key priorities including enrollment, education and community involvement.
Before planning marketing and communications tactics to carry out promotions and campaigns, we use our expertise to consult with you, determine best practices and strategize to carry out our services, which include:
- Digital Displays (landing pages, web banners)
- Digital Signage (Marquees/Campus TVs)
- Email Campaigns
- Event Promotion
- Graphic Design
- Marketing Consulting
- Media Coverage/Press Releases
- News Items
- Photography/Videography
- Social Media
- Web Content Updates
- Writing
All marketing requests must be submitted through a marketing communications request form.
Please note, we need at least a three-week notice to efficiently and effectively execute your request.
NEW! DIY Flyer Tool
Do you need a flyer? The marcom team has launched a Do-It-Yourself flyer tool so you can create great flyers that are on brand with PVCC marketing communications efforts. Use this link to discover the approved templates and learn how to build your own flyer for campus events and programs. The marcom department will no longer create these, so please make use of this tool.
When you have completed your flyer, you can use the marketing communications request form to upload the finished asset as well as the working files and we will determine if it should be published through the public-facing college channels (social media, TVs, marquees).
